ResumoA post-ablation syndrome occurring 9 months after transcervical roller ball-endometrial ablation was reported. A cavity with fluid content in the right tubal cornua that caused pelvic pain, was coagulated after adhesiolysis. 18 months after treatment the patients is free from symptoms. This long-term complication of transcervical endometrial ablation must be given attention and may be treated conservatively.
