This finding was interpreted as possibly a result of greater exposure to hepatitis in physicians. Other possibilities could explain the difference, such as greater awareness of disease and feelings of responsibility to report hepatitis among physicians.We report here the findings from a similar questionnaire distributed to all dentists who were members of the Ontario Dental Association.
