Numerical methods for differential equations

FAC is a fast systematic process for the numerical solution of partial differential equations on adapted grids. This paper reports on numerical studies with FAC in advancing computing environments including simulations with multiprocessor array architectures and actual tests on the HEP. We also analyze the parallel complexity of FAC for general local grid applications.
