Resumo16 slice multidetector CT findings of an anomalous right coronary artery originating from the left sinus of Valsalva are presented. Multidetector CT depicted the malignant coronary anomaly in great anatomic detail as well as enabled dynamic evaluation through the cardiac cycle, documenting a substantial reduction in arterial diameter during peak systole. This case illustrates the full capabilities of multidetector cardiac CT in the evaluation of coronary artery pathology.
