Resumo

Y (123)-type single crystals with partial substitution of Al and Zn for Cu have been grown and investigated. The X-ray phase data and micro-XRD analysis have shown that all the crystals grown were deficient with respect to the occupation of Cu sites in the (123)-type structure. The magnitude of the deficiency was varied by changing the conditions of synthesis and the character of dopants and was related to Tc values by a parabolic dependence. This dependence allows one to estimate the superconducting properties of crystals on the basis of micro-XRD data.
