Resumo

This interview was conducted by Mrs Giselle Vasconcelos, Mrs Márcia Simão Buss and Mrs Sonia Cristina Lima Fernandes with Mrs Zoia Prestes, a teacher from the Fluminense Federal University, student of Vygotsky's work that has been devoted to translating his works directly from Russian to Portuguese. The interview addresses questions about the contributions of Vygotsky to children education as well as issues regarding translations about his works in Brazil.
