Resumo

Primary anetoderma is rare and has been classified into two types, inflammatory (Jadassohn-Pellizari), and noninflammatory (Schwenninger-Buzzi). Secondary forms of anetoderma may occur during the course of various disorders, including syphilis,1 tuberculosis,2 Borrelia infection,3 urticaria pigmentosa,4 lupus erythematosus,5 and the antiphospholipid syndrome.6 Numerous therapeutic approaches have been proposed, but the results have frequently been disappointing. We describe a patient with primary inflammatory anetoderma whose inflammatory component responded to colchicine.
