Brown PhD Paul Brown, PhD, a behavioral psychologist and leader in the field of organizational behavior management, serves as consultant to several of the world's best-man-aged companies. He is an Adjunct Professor of Psychology at the State University of New York, Vice-President of The Continuous Learning Group, Inc., and Vice-President of the Association of Business Executives (London, England). He has been awarded the State University of New York's Chancellors Award for Excellence in Teaching. Paul serves on the Board of Editors of the Journal of Organizational Behavior Management and is the author of Managing Behavior on the Job (published by John Wiley & Sons). His research, articles, books, and training programs are included in the core education of executives, managers, and employees of such organizations as Procter & Gamble, IBM, General Electric, 3M, Bell Atlantic, LEGO Systems, Dow Chemical, Philips, and The Kroger Company. He is the 1998 recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award of the Association for Behavior Analysis for his contributions to the fields of psychology and business. In early 1999, he joined the Hurricane Island Outward Bound Professional Advisory Board. Paul is deeply interested in the power of learning from exemplary performers.
