Over the course of his career in human resource development in business, his consulting efforts have included program evaluation, needs assessment, testing, and organizational assessment. Dr. Mchinden's current focus is on conceptualizing program impact and the evaluation of investments in the development of human resources. Much of his current work in writing and presentations has focused on the importance of linking program conceptualization and evaluation.
