ResumoA person or a group to exclude one or more person from organization can describe mobbing as immoral, long term and systematic attitudes, which are applied,. Mobbing can be seen in every kind of work. It affects the target by physical, psychological way and mobbing harms to the organization. Having serious unfavorable affects both on an individual and organizational; realizing the mobbing behavior, identifying the reasons of it and taking the necessary caution is essentially important. The aim of this work is to find out whether the students in Pamukkale University have experienced mobbing or not. The subjects of the study are 227 students at Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences at Pamukkale University. In this study, a questionnaire is used as the data collection instrument. The findings from surveying have been analyzed t test and variance analyze are used in descriptive statistical analyses.
