Resumo

SrFeO3−δ thin film was prepared on alumina substrate via a citrate method. The precursor solution was dried and heated at 400 °C, 800 °C and 900 °C for 2 h to yield powders. XRD and SEM were used to characterize thin films and powders. The oxygen sensitivity was measured between 377 °C and 577 °C under different oxygen partial pressures. SrFeO3−δ thin film showed p-type conduction and the response time was less than 2 min when exposed to a change from N2 to 0.466% O2 at 377 °C.
