ResumoABSTRACT Using Yoga to control stressThe objective of this work is to investigate the different causes and consequences of stress in mental, emotion and physical aspects of human being. Based on recent data, researches and studies published abount ways of controling and preventing stress, we can conclue that the most important agent against stress is the practical of exercise and Yoga. Along the study, we observed that when the exercise is complemented with Yoga, it is much more effective in treating and preventing stress, improving quality of life in physical, emotional, intelectual, social and spiritual aspects. RESUMEN Yoga para control del estres El objetivo de este trabajo es estudiar las diversas causas y efectos variados del stress, en los aspectos mental, emocional y fisico del ser humano. Partiendo de informaciones, estudios e investigaciones publicadas sobre los metodos de pre-vencion y control del stress es que podemos constatar, como principales agentes profilacticos y reductores del stress, la practica de la actividad fisica y del Yoga. de esta forma, al profundizar del estudio, observamos que cuando la actividad fisica fuera complementada con el Yoga, el tratamiento se tornara mas eficaz tal como la prevencion del stress, promoviendo mejor el bienestar psicoenergetico y la mejoria de la calidad de vida bajo los aspectos fisico, emocional, intelectual, social y espiritual.
