This article shows how the text Conversas com Meu Pai uses preterition, a figure of speech, and “unspeakableness”, one of the “properties of the character’s speech” thus named by Sanchis Sinisterra to create a figure of speech in the scene, yet to be named, to reproduce the character’s action and originate the audience experience
