Resumo

ABSTRACT Two snakes, referable to Leioheterodon madagascariensis, are described from the vicinity of Singani, Grand Comoro. They are the second and third specimens recorded from the island. The species is common in the Dabiou region, and is reputed to have been voluntarily introduced to the Comoros from Madagascar by Humblot at the beginning of the century.
