ResumoOmental torsion is a rare disease. It can be difficult to identify if it is not clinically considered in the preoperative period, and this pathology may lead to an acute abdomen. We present the characteristic computed tomography findings and clinical particulars in a 34-year-old male patient with longstanding left inguinal hernia associated with an extraordinary diagnosis.
