ResumoA search for neutrino oscillations was made using the Fermilab narrow-band neutrino beam and the 15-ft bubble chamber. No positive signal for neutrino oscillations was observed. The 90%-C.L. upper limits for ${\ensuremath{\nu}}_{\ensuremath{\mu}}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{\ensuremath{\nu}}_{e}$, ${\ensuremath{\nu}}_{\ensuremath{\mu}}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{\ensuremath{\nu}}_{\ensuremath{\tau}}$, and ${\ensuremath{\nu}}_{\ensuremath{\mu}}\ensuremath{\nrightarrow}{\ensuremath{\nu}}_{e}$ were found to be ${R}_{\ensuremath{\mu}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}e}<0.56\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}{10}^{3}$, ${R}_{\ensuremath{\mu}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}\ensuremath{\tau}}<4.4\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}{10}^{\ensuremath{-}2}$, and ${R}_{e\ensuremath{\nrightarrow}e}<0.27$.
