ResumoThe cleavage of 2-acetamido-1-(β'-l-aspartamido)-1,2-dideoxy-β-d-glucose by human plasma and seminal fluid has been studied. The normal range of activity of plasma has been determined. Plasma from patients with aspartylglycosaminuria has virtually no activity, while the activity of plasma from their parents falls within the normal range.
