La linite rectale est une tumeur rare, de mauvais pronostic, possiblement associée à une linite gastrique. L’aspect morphologique au scanner et à l’imagerie par résonance magnétique est typique et décrit dans cet article. Il est par ailleurs discuté la prise en charge oncologique qui est peu codifiée, y compris quant à l’intérêt d’un traitement préopératoire. Rectal linitis is a rare tumor with a poor prognosis that may be seen as a primary tumor or in association with gastric linitis plastica. In this article, we describe the morphological appearance on CT and magnetic resonance imaging, which is typical. We also discuss the oncologic management, which is not well defined, including the potential value of neo-adjuvant treatment.
