Working under Ambassador Andy Bearpark CBE, for nearly two years Mike was responsible for all communication related to reconstruction and development. As of March this year, Mike has been working with the European Stability Initiative on the EU's lessons-learnt project in Kosovo, looking at the issues of communication and funding mechanisms in South Eastern Europe.
