Resumo

It is found that to parametrize the $\overline{p}$ invariant cross section in low-energy $p\ensuremath{-}p$ collisions, a better scaling variable $\ensuremath{\Delta}{X}_{R}={X}_{R}\ensuremath{-}{X}_{Rmin}$ can be used instead of the usual radial variable ${X}_{R}$, where ${X}_{Rmin}$ is the minimum of ${X}_{R}$ for a given $s$ and ${p}_{t}$. The ratio of the $\overline{p}$ invariant cross section to the corresponding radial-scaling limit is seen to be independent of ${p}_{t}$ explicitly, and is monotonically and quickly approaching to one from above for increasing $s$.
