We report 2 patients with this disorder to describe two underrecognized treatment outcomes—worsening of polyneuropathy with initiation of α-Ifn, in the absence of immunosuppression, and deterioration of liver function with prednisone, despite improvement of polyneuropathy. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
