ResumoA highly enantioselective synthesis of homopropargylic alcohols is achieved by using the new helical chiral 2,2′-bipyridine N-monoxide catalyst and allenyltrichlorosilane. This method can be further extended to the enantio- and regioselective propargylation of N-acylhydrazones.
