ResumoThe Jutland peninsula is the only part of Denmark attached to the continent of Europe, its Southern boundary constituting the Danish/German frontier. About one‐tenth of the peninsula consists of moors and sand dunes, the latter found predominantly along the West coast, while the remaining nine‐tenths is devoted to agriculture and, to a lesser extent, forestry. On the East side, at intervals, picturesque wooded fjords run for miles inland.
