ResumoAbstract The C‐terminal region (residues 117 – 170) of bovine basic myelin protein has been shown to have considerable encephalitogenic activity when injected in rabbits at the 50 μg level. However, in guinea pigs the same preparation at 8 μg did not induce experimental allergic encephalomyelitis.
