Resumo

Abstract Coronary‐subclavian steal syndrome is a rare cause of angina pectoris after bypass grafting using the internal mammary artery. We report the 11th case in the literature and review the pathophysiology and treatment of this disorder. We also review appropriate screening for this possibly increasing, yet preventable disorder.
