Resumo

Core-cyanated naphthalene diimide organic semiconductors were synthesized for use in field-effect transistors. The unusual combination of wide band gap and high mobility in these materials enables the fabrication of the first flexible, air-stable n-type organic transistors with a transparent channel on conventional overhead transparency film or on ITO/glass substrates.
