ResumoDynamic cardiomyoplasty is a new surgical procedure proposed for treatment of patients with congestive heart failure.1 Recently, studies have shown improvement in functional class in selected patients after surgery.2 The hemodynamic effects of cardiomyoplasty during exercise have not been documented. We report hemodynamic results in 3 patients during treadmill upright exercise before and after dynamic cardiomyoplasty.
