ResumoThe Vermont Oxford Network is a not-for-profit organization established in the late 1980s with the goals of improving the quality and safety of medical care for newborn infants and their families through a coordinated program of research, education, and quality improvement. In this paper the authors discuss the activities and programs sponsored by the Network to achieve those goals.
