Resumo

An X-ray crystallographic study of the first examples of complexes containing co-ordinated nitrobenzene, [Zn(PhNO2)2(OTeF5)2]2 and Zn(PhNO2)3(OTeF5)2, has proven that nitrobenzene can function as a bidentate (O,O′) ligand as well as a monodentate (O) ligand.
