Resumo

ABSTRACT Jacques Demy's Donkey Skin (1970) may seem rather off-beat, to say the least, with its elements of scatological humor, im-plied incest, and wild anachronisms. Still, the film's eye-popping visual design, Brechtian reflexivity, and wickedly tongue-in-cheek approach to the enchanted fairy-tale genre will delight cinephilic audiences in search of a unique and surprising viewing experience.
