However, the seasonal influence in gastroduodenal ulceration has never been definitely established (2). The evaluation of peptic ulcer exacerbation by symptoms alone is difficult and subject to error through inadequate, inaccurate, and prejudiced histories. On the other hand, the onset of a complication of hemorrhage or perforation is almost always easily dated.This report describes the seasonal incidence of all cases of hemorrhage and perforation from peptic ulceration seen at the Pennsylvania...References1.
