Abstract. We describe a 35‐year‐old man with cutaneous, mucosal, pulmonary, and bone involvement of xanthoma disseminatum. The 7‐year course of the disease and the results of light and electron microscopic and immunocytochemical examinations are presented. J Dermatol Surg Oncol 1988; 14:1021–1024.
