Resumo

VO2 films about 3000 Å thick have been prepared by the pyrolysis of vanadile acetylacetonate (C5H7O2)2 VO. The changes in the electrical, optical and structural properties of the films during the phase transition have been investigated. Various switching effects in VO2 films have also been studied.
