ResumoAn axial gauge condition is constructed and the Ward-Takahashi identity is derived in Einstein's gravity. With this condition, it is shown that gravitons decouple from the Faddeev-Popov ghosts and also that the leading infrared divergences exponentiate and vanish in the exponent in the scattering process of gravitons for pure Einstein gravity.
