ResumoThe IgG sub-classes of anti-ds DNA antibodies were quantitated in 242 sera from 219 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus. IgGl- and IgG3-autoantibodies were predominant, whereas the proportion of IgG2 correlated with the level of interleukin-4.
