ResumoKey Points Well-defined miRNA signatures for normal B-cell subsets and their malignant counterparts including BL and DLBCL subgroups were identified. In DLBCL, miRNA-155 expression is associated with R-CHOP resistance, but in vitro sensitivity to AKT pathway inhibition.
