Resumo

This article was constructed from the information collected for the doctorado research of that tematize the collective work of the professors of Physical Education of the Municipal Net of Education of Porto Alegre. One of the procedures adopted in the construccion of the research – that it is in progress – was the document analysis of the city department of Education being this of basic important to understand the espace of teaching work in this net Education. The document analysis caried trought allowed to understand that even so change in the mangement of the Secretaried has occurred, the colletive work remens as possibility of concretion of the Politician-Pedagogical Proposal in the school of this city.
