Resumo

Excision of aneurysms of the hepatic artery involving or distal to the gastroduodenal artery requires restoration of blood flow to the distal hepatic arteries. Successful excision of such an aneurysm utilizing a splenic artery to distal hepatic artery anastomosis is reported.
