Dielectric constant, dielectric loss, and ac conductivity of nano-particles of CdS are found to be larger than those of the bulk single crystals. Dielectric properties of composites consisting of nano-particles of Ag of different concentrations dispersed in nano-particles of CdS are also studied. References 1 L. Brus, J. phys.
