ResumoThe kidneys of skunks chronically infected with Leptospira pomona contained a conspicuous number of plasma cells. From comparative studies of overall gammaglobulin content and specific antibody titers in sera and kidney extracts it was concluded that specific antibodies to L. pomona were synthesized in the kidneys of skunks with renal leptospirosis.
