Resumo

A 67-year-old black man had both psoriasis of recent onset and systematized epidermal nevi, which were present since early childhood. In addition to typically distributed psoriatic plaques and nail changes, several epidermal nevi were noted to show verrucose changes with a thick, white scale. We discuss the role of epidermal nevi in determining the localization and character of psoriatic lesions.
