Abstract Durch Umsetzen von Dimethylchlorsilan, Methyltrichlorsilan und Siliciumtetrachlorid mit Cyclohexandiol‐(1.2), Cyclohexandiol‐(1.4), 2‐Methoxy‐cyclohexanol, 2‐Äthoxy‐cyclohexanol, 1α.3α‐Dimethoxy‐cyclohexanol‐(2β), 1α.2β‐Dihydroxy‐3α‐methoxy‐cyclohexan konnten Organooxysilane mit zwei, drei und vier Cyclohexylresten erhalten werden.
