Baldridge is Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for the Training Systems division of Raytheon Systems Company's Training and Services segment. Richard was Chief Operating Officer for Hughes Training, Inc., which, as part of the Hughes Aircraft Company organization, merged with Raytheon in mid-December 1997. Raytheon Systems Company's Training Systems division is a major supplier of training systems and services to the US military, NASA, and other government agencies. The organization also supplies both commercial and industrial entities worldwide, including General Motors, with a full range of training products and services. These products and services focus on the integration of training on a strategic scale and operate through 2,600 employees in more than 50 countries throughout the world. Prior to joining Hughes Training, Richard spent 15 years with General Dynamics, where over the years he worked for four business units as a financial executive and served a three-year stint at the company's corporate headquarters. He has an extensive background in finance, general management, business management, strategic planning, and administration and has experience on many military programs and commercial platforms. He received a BS in Business Administration, with a major in Information Systems, from New Mexico State University in 1981. Richard is a member of the Texas Workforce Commission and the American Defense Preparedness Association. He serves on the board for the National Alliance of Business, Jobs for America's Graduates, and the Arlington, Texas, Chamber of Commerce.
