ResumoThe echinocandin susceptibilities of bloodstream Candida isolates growing in a biofilm was investigated. Within the therapeutic range of concentrations of each drug, caspofungin and micafungin were active against biofilms formed by Candida albicans or C. glabrata but not those formed by C. tropicalis or C. parapsilosis.
