Pyrazinamide has been described as uncommon cause of DRESS syndrome. Here we report a 21 years old female patient had DRESS syndrome on 18 th day of Pyrazinamide exposure. She had generalized pruritic maculopapular rash, fever, lymph node enlargement. Laboratory investigation revealed leucocytosis, eosinophilia, lymphocytosis, raised ESR, thrombocytopenia, raised liver enzymes. Urine examination revealed aseptic pyuria. She recovered completely 6 weeks after drug withdrawal. Here we report this as a rare cas e report of DRESS syndrome due to Pyrazinamide.
