ResumoHemangiomas are benign vascular tumors that may involve any part of the body.Primary osseous hemangiomas occur more frequently in the spine and less commonly in the skull.Toynbee 1845 1 was the author of the first report in English, a case of hemangioma of the skull bones. We report a rare case of skull cavernous hemangioma that was considered initially as prostate tumor metastasis.
