Resumo

This work shows the development of a versatile equipment to carry out processes of galvanoplasty for methods different (direct current, pulse direct current, inverse pulse current). The equipment is based on virtual instrumentation. This makes that the equipment can be simple, because its control is easily configuration through virtual panels. It has a mostly rectify for handling until of 30 Amperes, which is controlled by a card AD/DA. This equipment was design for providing an pulse current ablest to support ranges until of 30 amperes, voltage of 30 volts pick and pick and times starting from the second thousand. The software you development with labview 7.0, which allows to control and measure the cathodic time, time anodic, cathodic voltage, anodic voltage, number of cycles, period of sampling, time of electrodeposition and it loads consumed. That which allows determining the deposition load in function of the current, in periods of time selected by the user. This equipment was evaluated to make deposits of bath of Cu/Ni, which were evaluated in function of the corrosion.
