ResumoSummary We have demonstrated that intracellular nitric oxide (NO) can be detected and measured directly in human spermatozoa by flow cytometry using the fluorescent probe 4,5‐diaminofluorescein‐2/diacetate (10 μ m ). This method can measure both exogenously added as well as endogenously generated intracellular NO.
