This cycloaddition is highly site-, regio-, and stereoselective and proceeds in moderate-to-excellent yields. A three-component one-pot version of the cycloaddition is also reported. Similar difficulties have also been reported by Kerr and co-workers.[14j, 14l] Seemingly, substituents on the tetrahydro-1,2-oxazine skeleton affect NO bond cleavage.
