ResumoAbstract A 64‐year‐old hypertensive man presented with the dysarthria–clumsy hand syndrome, manifested by dysarthria, dysphagia, central facial weakness, deviation of the tongue on protrusion, incoordination of the affected hand, and mild imbalance on walking.
